We offer a 14-day return policy.
This means you have 14 days from the day you receive your order to notify us that you wish to return it. Once your return is approved, you must send the item back within 14 days.

If your return is approved, we will provide instructions for returning your item.
A return shipping fee of £3.95 will be deducted from your refund, unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
Items returned without prior approval will not be accepted.
Damaged, Faulty or Incorrect Items

If your item is faulty, damaged in transit, or incorrect, contact us immediately so we can resolve the issue.
Faulty or incorrect items will not incur a return fee.
